  • Hi @Reseach

    1. What is the VID and PID of your EI914GKP? You can use a tool such as USB View (formerly UVCView) to determine this.
    2. Does your USBXpress driver support the VID and PID above?

The VID and PID supported by the driver must match the VID and PID of your device.

If you are using the default driver from the USBXpress Development Kit, it supports VID 0x10C4 and PID 0xEA61.

If your device does not have VID 0x10C4 and PID 0xEA61, you should generate a customized driver using Application Note AN220.
